- An accomplished Solution designer with solid knowledge of the Oracle IDAM stack.
- Have above average communication skills
- Have a good understanding of security principles and technologies.
- Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Support IDM solutions for a large and complex Corporate environment.
- Produce the solution design, detailed design, configuration and build documentation
- Lead IDM teams in all phases of IDM projects.
- Define business and technical processes required throughout the Identity Management lifecycle.
- Multi-task a number of project deliverables assuming responsibility for the outcome.
- Manage and deliver concurrent deliverables and work effectively and efficiently in a high pressure environment.
- Liaise with vendors, designers, external consultants, project team, developers, testers and the business.
- Consult with stakeholders within defined time and budgetary constraint.
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, or Computer Science.
- Strong technical experience (3+ years) working with the following IAM technologies: Active Directory, Service Providers, Identity Providers, Web Services, Access control and Adaptive Access control.
- Hands on experience with or in support of the Oracle IDM components (OIM, OID, OVD, OIF, OAM, OAAM)
