    *To ensure work flow by managing different stations as appropriate.
    *To monitor terms by station.
    *Responsible for weekly inventories.
    *To track the daily/weekly production sheet.
    *Responsible for teams adherence to the kitchen standards
      *Should have relevant experience.
      *Should be methodical, disciplined and detail oriented.
      *Should be a good manager and a good team leader.
      *Should have excellent knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
      4+ years experience
      Head Chef
          *To deputies in the executive chef's absence
          *To ensure that the menus as constantly updated
          *To ensure that all staff's are constantly trained
          *To assist with regular stock takes as and when required
            *Should have relevant experience.
            *Should be a good team leader.
            *Should have good communication skills.
            *Should be presentable.
