Technical Skills
Work in shifts.
Validate and provide access to systems in the
environment.
Maintain, review and track Access Control on the
systems in the organization.
Share responsibility for the safe-keeping and release of IT
Operations custodial passwords and keys.
Control the Server room access to support staff.
Identify and escalate non-compliance by reviewing
videos of Access provided to support staff.
Create weekly/monthly reports for Password
Management and Access Control.
Basic knowledge on below platforms:
Windows, Unix, Linux and Databases ( SQL & Oracle )
Helpdesk System
Privilege Access Management System
Strong understanding of High Level User ID Management on above
mentioned platforms.
Basic knowledge on Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Good Communication Skills.
Work in shifts.
