Minimum 1 year experience as a Telephone Operator from a reputed 4/5 star hotel or International Hotel chain OR Hotel School Diploma or Graduate + 1 year experience from a reputed 4/5 star Hotel or International Hotel chain

·Good knowledge in Opera preferable

·Excellent hospitality skills

·Excellent communication skills

·Pleasant voice

·Good listening skills

·Knowledge of telephone operations

·Basic Knowledge of hospitable telephone etiquette
