Position Purpose:
    Develop the strategy for RB the RB division to ensure data-backed decision making for the division. The role to encompass both IMS and SELLOUT Led analysis which needs to be gained through stakeholders. Drive overall BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE and cater to business needs of internal and external stakeholders.

    Position Accountabilities:
    • Complete Maintenance of all Sales related IMS across all channels and stakeholders for RB.
    • Drive Monthly and Weekly IMS and MIS Reports to Business Head, RB principal (JBP DATA) and other internal stakeholders.
    • Track and maintain "Sales and Distribution" Tracker across channels and prepare and send regular updates on the same.
    • Tracking of Team incentive and Contests Data and send regular updates leading to followup at all levels.
    • Evaluation of SELL OUT DATA of key accounts and releasing regular reports of Category and RB trends so as to make informed decisions on the basis of the same.
    • Filing and Tracking of Market Working Reports in TT, MT and Vans and sending analytical updates on Productivity (DSR REPORTS).
    • Maintain a Competition Tracker across categories and regularly share it with relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintaining Data of Channel Loyalty programs (Vision Stores), KPI Trackers, Leapfrog Data (RB), NPI Data, Outlet Audits (Merchandising), Coverage, SOS.
    • Maintaining and Tracking Customer Development Agreements (CDA) and also analysing CDA and NON CDA Spends vis-a-vis sales.
    • Work on the field for at least 2 days a month (5 outlets per visit) for better understanding of the MIS.
    • Ensure that all stakeholders receive the data on time as per predecided frequency.
    • Follow up with team memebers for relevant data reports and tracking of reports.
    • Ensure the team is fully aware of all reports, frequency, data management, etc
    • Ensure the team is adhering to work timings, daily report submissions and professional approach to all customers.

  • Candidate should have minimum 2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing of FMCG products.
  • The candidate age should be bleow 30 years or maximum 30 years.
  • Should have good knowledge about marketing in FMCG companies
