Nationality: Any European National, American (US), British (UK), Canadian

• Degree educated, or equivalent, ideally with additional training qualifications preferably certified (CIPD or SPHR)
• Experience of managing a training and development department and team.
• Experience of having taken a strategic role within this function.
• Demonstrated consulting skills to identify business enablers with the ability to work with all levels of management.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, programs/projects, and manage a variety of resources in partnership with clients, vendors, and subject matter experts.
• Proven knowledge of analysis of performance, and demonstrating the solutions necessary to improve performance. 
• Demonstrates an ability to forecast future work and effectively communicate with all internal stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills.
• Demonstrates an adaptable working style 
• Proven ability to provide clear and timely feedback.
• Knowledge of learning and development research: best practices, learning theory, motivation theory, and learning materials, methods, and techniques and ability to recommend the best solution.
