Nationality: Any European National

1- Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.

2- designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organisation and the individual.

3- working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at senior level.

4- Adhere to cost of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important.

5- Developing effective induction programs.

6- Producing and delivering training materials for in-house courses.

7- ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.

8- Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages.

The training & development executive, in luxury brands MUST have retail experience in delivering training and creating in-house courses that cater for the product knowledge, brands as well as various business aspects. Must be Arabic speaking with western nationality.
