- Designation: Training Officer / Training in Charge (Depending on Visa Approval)
The candidate should be a Graduate / Diploma holder of three years catering course from a reputed institute. He must have a minimum 3 to 10 years experience of developing training content material, conducting training programmes for entry level workers, retraining for employees already on the job should have been handled by him. In addition he should be well versed with recent trends in training for all soft skills, basic safety subjects and should be able to bring about a change in the skill sets of new entrants / old employees. Safety training exposure is a MUST.
Exposure in a Contract Cleaning Company, Facilities Management Company will be an additional asset. Familiarity to cleaning machines is a must. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 system exposure will be an asset.
The candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi. In addition to this, he should be able to speak in at least two of the four South Indian languages preferably Malayalam and Tamil. Telungu speaking would be considered a positive.He should also be exposed to audit of workplace and help starting of a new site. Computer skills along with skills of carrying out general training programmes for supervisors and support staff would also be his key result area.
