Managing a team of CNC operators

1- Generate G-Codes using Pro-E ,CAMWORKS , VERICUT
2- Good command in programming for 5-X CNC MAZAK , DMU using FANUC and hidenhien control system
3- Performing a complete range of turning, milling, drilling tapping and boring operations on Computer Numeric Control (CNC) machines.
4- Full awareness of all types of set-up including fixture alignment and tool setting.
5- Recognize machine malfunction and conduct trouble shooting to take the appropriate actions
6- Product and process review for maximization of machine utilization.
7- Managing , supervising and directing the manufacturing team, preparing overtime sheet and work schedule for operators
8- Involve in implementing 5S , CI and 6-siga programs.
9- Close control to achieve the target key performance indicators KPI
