• Mentors and monitors the work of his / her staff in terms of their code of conduct, punctuality, professional development, and attainment of the educational goals set before them.
  • Main areas of responsibilities with relation to academics are teaching, learning and assessment, planning, organization and administration, supervision.
  • Will be responsible for complete administration, academic and non academic performance of students and smooth running of the institute 
  • Will be responsible for all the activities to be carried out at the school level and report preparation and financial aspects of the school management.
  • Monitoring the application of the developed content method technique in class rooms by regular checking of student notebooks diaries logbooks etc.
  • Responsible for managing the academics and administration of the school.
  • Appropriate and exact delegation of responsibilities.
  • Have learnt and used different techniques and tools of educating students for effective and efficient teaching.
  • Providing timely feedback to the coordinators in terms of scope of improvement.
  • Supporting teachers and coordinators on the content curriculum modules, their usage, applicability etc.

  • Scheduling periodic meeting with the coordinators principal.
  • Responsible for the supervision and general discipline of the school.
  • Monitoring sports and performing activities on a regular basis and plan and execute actions for improvement.
  • Monitoring the registers maintained by the coordinators.
  • Organizing annual functions, external competitions and external examinations.
  • Interacting with parents guardians, as and when required.
  • Coordinating with the admin team for organizing events, programs etc.

  • Should have minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. 
  • Should be someone who is a self motivated person and takes initiative to get things done.
  • Should have sound knowledge of running a CBSE school.
  • Should be dedicated to student transformation.
  • The candidate should be enthusiastic about working with students and have developed skills that can motivate students as well as staff members.
  • Ability to provide positive behavioral support to students in a group and in an individual setting.
  • Should possess excellent instructional leadership, organizational management, communication and community relations, professionalism and HR management.
  • Candidates who did their qualifying degrees in regular stream need only apply.
  • Candidates with UAE (KHDA) experience preferred.
