7. Maintain To-Do-List on everyday basis to ensure execution of work.
8. Manage project effectively in terms of:
a. Cost reduction
b. Quality Improvements
c. Time reduction and scheduling of work
d. Scope completion
e. Risks Reducing ad managing
f. Customer satisfaction improvements
g. Resource optimization: Material and manpower
h. Training for site engineers and client
9. Co-ordinate with design, purchase, projects, commissioning, sales and accounts teams whenever necessary.
10. Inspection, installation and assembling of machinery components.
11. Willingness to learn and operate mechanical and nonmechanical machinery and components.
12. Contribute to machinery/ electrical design and development servicing and maintenance of equipments.
13. Co-ordination with client and contractor. Ability to handle unskilled and unknown workers at plant site. Leadership quality essential here.
14. Maintain confidentiality of drawings, designs and intellectual property of company. Ensure execution of non-disclosure
agreement signed by you.
15. Understand and use the safety equipments and procedures.
16. Calculate material requirements according to drawings and site conditions
17. Adapt and follow the quality policies and job responsibilities specified by company from time to time.
18. Be vigilant during plant operation and identify process risk before it arises
19. Contact with technical and supervisory personnel to report or resolve conditions affecting safety, efficiency, and product
quality.

b. Ensure Timely reply of mails
c. Ensure timely reply and response to calls
d. Pass the communication to the Desired party within timelines
