Monitoring all work relative to their portion and area of responsibility of the project to ensure the work is carried out to the client's standards and compliance with the specification, correct materials, workmanship, and schedule;
    Making visual inspections; 
    Reviewing and monitoring additional works and variations to the contract, recording the utilisation of plant, labour and materials; 
    Liaising with the QA/QC Engineer and Safety Engineer to flag and rectify any issues which may affect the quality and safety of the works; 
    Liaising with the other Works Inspectors of the various disciplines to flag and rectify any issues which may affect the quality of Works and to provide support and guidance as required.
    Familiarity with legal requirements and checking that the work complies with them; 
    Have a working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and bring any shortfalls observed to the attention of the person(s) concerned; 

    Minimum Requirements- 
    Technical Diploma, 10+ years' post degree experience and 5
     years' similar experience. Regional experience required.
    Technical Diploma, 5+ years' post degree experience and 3 years' similar experience. Regional experience preferred.
    Experience in similar project specific role of which are in a supervisory and construction management role in infrastructure and roads projects.
