Job Title: Distribution Sr. Engineer
Minimum Qualifications: Degree Electrical Engineering with 10 years experience or Maters Degree with 8 years experience in related field

Nationality: Asian
Nature of duties and experience required:
• Minimum 10 years experience in operation and maintenance of 69kV, 33kV substation and power lines in an electrical utility.
• Assist to Plan & Design new and reinforcement network of substations, underground Cables and Overhead Lines.
• Review, plan and initiate improvement projects to the network.

Job Title: Power Control Dispatcher
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma Electrical Engineering 8 years experience in related field
Nationality: Asian
Nature of duties and experience required:
• Minimum 8 years experience holding responsibilities to monitor and control the operations of the 33-69kV Main Distribution Network through computer based system round the clock.
• Monitor and control Interconnected Distribution network, ensuring safe and reliable delivery of electrical power.
• Maintain overall reliability through coordination of distribution levels, transformer loadings and Customer Demand.
• Direct Field personnel and network operators in step by step switching and Tagging of devices to remove and restore substation equipment (Transformer, Busbars, Transmission Lines) from service.
• Issue safety clearances and /or work permits to field personnel as applicable.
• Customer Familiarization with Single Line diagram, and network configurations in the area
• Write and implement Step by Step switching orders for routing and emergency switching operations.
• Check availability and accuracy of dispatching equipment, metering communication etc.
• Attend to the power failure complaints and registering.
• Coordination with EHV Transmission and Low Voltage Distribution system.
• Preparation of Hourly, Daily reports.
• Preparation, review and approval of equipment outages for 33-69kV substation equipment, Underground Lines and Overhead Lines.

• Job Title: Substation Maintenance Technician
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma Electrical Engineering, with 6 years experience in related field

Nature of duties and experience required:
• Minimum 6 years of practical experience in maintaining 33-69 kV Substation equipments such as preventive and corrective maintenance of Transformers, On-Load Tap-changers, Indoor/Outdoor switchgear with Oil/SF6/Vacuum Circuit Breakers, Busbars, and Air Disconnect Switches, Oil Switches, Battery Banks and Battery Chargers.
• Carryout repair & preventive maintenance on SF6 GIS switchgear, SF6 Gas Handling, GIS terminations for transformers /Cables.
• Able to testing of substation equipment such as Insulation PF (Doble), TTR, Timing, Contact Resistance, SF6 Gas, BDV etc are essential.
• Able to read control drawings and trouble shoot equipment problems.
• Attend emergencies to repair or replace and restore faulty substation equipment.
• Check availability of spare parts and collecting from the warehouse.
• Prepare planned maintenance schedules for substation equipment, assessing requirements based on type usage and operating conditions.

Nature of duties and experience required:
• Minimum 6 years of practical experience in maintaining protective Relays & Control equipment for 33-69 kV Substation Substations and Transmission Lines.
• Installation, calibration, adjustment and perform Preventive maintenance on protective relays, relaying schemes, control circuits, Power Line carrier, Fault recorders, Sequence of Event recorders and metering equipment in Power Plants and substations.
• Experience on Numerical, Static and Electro-Mechanical Relays for the protection of Lines, Transformers, Busbars, and Breaker Back-up etc.
• Well experienced with schemes of Differential, Distance, O/C, E/F, directional, REF, Busbar Differential, Breaker failure protections supplied by the ABB/Areva/Siemens/GE etc.
• Perform maintenance of ABTS, PLC, Battery chargers and SCADA controls.
• Attend emergencies to repair and restore faulty protection equipment. Perform replacement of Relays.
• Check availability of spare parts and collecting form the warehouse.

• Minimum 6 years of practical experience in maintaining 33-69 kV Overhead Transmission Lines.
• Perform Overhead Line Patrolling, Surface inspection, Elevated inspection, hot stick live line maintenance of transmission lines and its associated equipment such as air-break switches, Wave Trap, Transformer & Bus Terminations.
• Maintenance, repairs and replacement of Wooden Poles, steel towers and grounding system.
• Attend emergencies to repair and restore faulty Transmission Lines.
• Perform replacement / install Insulators, Air switches, Cross Arms, Guy wires, Bus Parts, Dampers, associated hardware etc.
• Repair broken or sagged conductors, fuses, transformer leads, install / repair shield wires, communication antennas and other related cable works.
• Able to climb distribution line towers and poles to perform the maintenance.
• Perform cold and hot washing of transmission lines up to 69kV, check water conductivity.
• Check availability of spare parts and collecting from the warehouse.
• Prepare planned maintenance schedules for transmission lines, assessing requirements based on type usage and operating conditions.

Job Title: Distribution Cable Technician
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma Electrical Engineering, with 6 years experience in related field

Nature of duties and experience required:
• Minimum 6 years of hands on experience with 33-69kV Rating XLPE Cables.
• Cable Inspection & Tracing.
• Cable Testing, Fault Localization analysis of test results.
• Cable Repair, Termination and Splicing.
• Preventive Maintenance of HV Cables rated 33kV and above.
• Contractor Supervision and Undertake more independent work concerned with commissioning of new cables.
• Manhole inspection and Maintenance would be an added advantage.

Job Title: Distribution Network Operator
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma Electrical Engineering, with 6 years experience in related field
Nationality: Asian
Nature of duties and experience required:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in performing of switching operations for 33-69 kV Main Distribution Equipment such as transformers, Busbars, Lines, switches etc.
• Issuing Work permits, tags and clearances and familiarized with their procedures.
• Effective communication abilities through direct contact, writing, or via radio or telephone to coordinate his activities with Power Dispatchers and field personnel.
• Preparation and processing equipment outages and coordination with Power Dispatch schedulers.
• Perform equipment switching out operations and restoring for equipment maintenance and projects.
• Respond to emergencies and customer calls to normalize power supply to affected areas.
• Load transfer of feeders from one substation to another as per the contingency and load limits.
• Inspection of substation equipment and transmission lines and reporting abnormalities and alarms. Preparation of inspection reports.
• Able to read single line drawings and understand substation configuration.

Requirements:
1. Graduate of any of the following courses;
Electrical Engineering , Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering
2. Three (3-4) years extensive field experience in SCADA RTU installation, maintenance, pre-commissioning and commissioning in Electrical Utility Company.
3. Proficiency in RTU configuration on different communication protocols (C300, C3000, IEC-101, IEC-104).
4. Experience in formulating SCADA scope of Work and Technical Specifications in new substations or reinforcement projects.
5. Experience in SAS (Substation Automation System).
6. Ability in building software database of substation RTU in an Electrical Utility Company is an added advantage.

Job Title: SCADA HARDWARE TECHNICIAN
Requirements:
1. Graduate of any of the following courses;
Electrical Engineering , Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering
2. At least three (2-3) years field experience in substation RTU installation, maintenance, pre-commissioning and commissioning of any RTU such as Harris D20, Siemens Telegyr, Microsol Xcell, ABB RTU560.
3. Knowledge in RTU configuration of at least one communication protocols (C300, C3000, IEC-101, IEC-104).
4. Good background in basic electrical and electronics.

Job Title: SCADA SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Requirements:
1. At least three (3) year experience in a capacity as Programmer or Developer in SCADA system environment in an Electrical Utility Company.
2. Proficiency in system database (SQL, LINUX)
3. Good background in networking
4. Extensive knowledge in different protocols (C300, C3000, IEC-101, IEC-104)
