Sales Manager - Nairobi (Kenya)

Experience: 10 to 20 yrs.

Perform sales process for company products to increase company sales to new and existing customers while meeting profitability goals

Analyze Telecom market in the geography to locate target organizations and decision makers and set priorities for approaching these
Locate and utilize communication channels to target organization decision makers
Understand client needs and requirements
Prepare proposals to meet client needs and requirements including all technical details with the support of Pre-Sales Engineers
Conduct commercial negotiations with client up to contract signing, to ensure deal profitability
Transfer client and deal details to Project Manager for implementation
Maintain on-going relations with all clients at geographical area to ensure further opportunities are met in a timely manner
