Sr Program Manager (UK)

o Run the program management office 
o People Management
o Program performance & Customer satisfaction
o Program managing ERP implementations
o Contract Management & program scope management 
o Liaison with customer executive leadership to enable successful program delivery
o Lead a program team spread across Europe & India

o BE / MCA / MBA with 12-18 years of experience 
o 10-15 years of experience, with a proven track record of program managing ERP implementations & handled accounts with a min revenue of around $ 5-7 m
o Must have experience delivering consulting engagements for European customers and knowledge of financial requirements in Europe
o Experience in delivering Financial business transformation programs
o Previous experience in program managing Oracle EBS R12 based programs a must
o Good knowledge and experience with program management and implementation
o Experience in working within a diverse team of professionals
o Exposure to Organization change management & constructing training strategies for end-users
o Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
o Ability to lead virtual project teams from several geographies simultaneously and deliver sound working and satisfactory program on time and on budget
