- Ensure compliance of Warranty Policies and Procedures and assist and train dealers on proper claim administration
- Responsible to evaluate dealer claims for warranty reimbursement and make payment determination
- Managing the warranty staff on a day to day basis in combination with the Group Warranty Manager
- Ensure smooth receipt, processing and approval of dealer warranty claims
- Review and process dealer requests for appeal for claim payment
- Provide authorization for goodwill considerations and customer retention programs
- Respond to Field Service/Parts personnel and dealers on claim entry or on various warranty policy matters for clarification and decision making purposes
- Assist in generating monthly management reports for cost containment trend analysis
- Provide warranty training to dealers when required
- Provide the information in the form of programmes, schedules and reports to ensure efficient management of the project.
- Provide the team with detailed construction sequences and methods applicable to the project planning
- Measure the works in progress and report on the position against the Programs. Includes undertaking Earned Value Analysis
- Responsible for the proper usage, awareness and compliance with Information Technology security policies.
- Seeks to ensure proper retention of electronic documents, business confidential information, and actively demonstrates an understanding of the need to safeguard competitive information in both electronic and non-electronic formats
- Orchestrate with floor supervisor, CRM, service advisor and service head to resolve the customer issues.
- Ensure all the claims rose in stipulated period.
- Ensure reimbursement received from manufacturer
- Ensure proper diagnosis done before replacement of part
- Ensure all parts were maintain and kept in warranty store for audit
- Liaise with customers/manufactures/suppliers Requirements
1. experience in luxury vehicles is must.
2. minimum 8 years of experience is required
