Compensation Benefits Manager

Report: to HR Director
Aim:
·                   To direct the design, implementation, communication administration of C&B systems, programs related processes in order to ensure that practices are equitable, competitive affordable
·                   Payroll payment processes
·                   KPI/ bonus management
·                   Salary increase
·                   Job descriptions job evaluations
·                   Benchmarking market salary rates benefits
·                   Employee recognition policies
·                   Benefits
·                   Collective Agreement
·                   Budgeting reporting
·                   Ensure accurate timely data entry
 
Requirements:
·                   Strong personality; ability to work under task and time pressure
·                   Team player, ability to manage people and set priorities, ability to follow deadlines
·                   University degree (Economics or MBA is a plus)
·                   Experience in the same field more than 3 years
·                   Fluency in English
·                   Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills
·                   Proficient user in MS Office
·                   SAP/1C user
