Operation Manager / Office Manager for Geo Chem Middle East in Afghanistan

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.  | Salary: U.S Dollars 20,000 - 30,000 P.A

1- Supervise overall project operation and administration affairs.
2- Supervise the Geo Chem Middle East Afghanistan office staffs.
3- Apply HR/Finance policy and in case of requirement applies new policies.
4- Monthly review leaves manual for all Geo Chem Middle East Afghanistan office staffs.
5- Obtain daily operation report from all site offices, and make sure daily back up has been taken in site office and Head Office.
6- Visit & Monitor the site offices operation, in case of any poor performance, instruct the concerned person to operate properly. 
7- Prepare procurement manual & procedure for all local purchasing.
8- Frequently monitor and evaluate all the procurement documents.
9- Monitor and supervise finance manager work and make him prepare monthly expenses report and reconcile bank statement.
10- Review the job description of the staff & make sure that there are performing accordingly.
11- Monitor the finance section and Make sure that finance to pay the payable amount on time, for example: sties offices lease, electricity bill & etc. 
12- Attend all local (Kabul / provinces) & international meetings on behalf of Geo Chem Middle East Afghanistan office.
13- Make future plans for project, finance / administration affairs and regularly visit site offices for monitoring purposes.

14- In case of requirement meet with governors, customs director & government authority.
15- If required, communicate with ANSA & Geo Chem Middle East HQ, based in UAE Dubai City.
16- Review all the purchase request of site offices, Kabul & approve after acknowledge of necessity & try to avoid the unnecessary expenses.
17- Instruct the responsible guys of site offices & Kabul to prepare inventory database and enter the entire asset and update the inventory regularly.
18- Geo Chem Middle East Afghanistan office is using the LIMS (Lab Information Management System) software for their activities, after your selection, you will be given training.
19- Make sure all staff contracts should be updated by the concerned person on time.
20- Ready to travel locally and internationally and be a good supporter for the project.
21- Manage to provide quotations for new projects and participate in any new bid process.
22- Responsible to expand Geo Chem Middle East business in Afghanistan.
23- Work under the direct supervision of Geo Chem Middle East Afghanistan office.
24- Any other tasks given by Geo Chem Middle East Afghanistan office, president

MS Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Outlook).

Geo Chem Middle East is a multinational fuel testing company which operates in 37 countries and the head quarter is located in UAE, Dubai City and Recently Starts its operation in Afghanistan, Geo Chem Middle East got a contract for 5 years from Afghanistan government and has its responsibility to analyze all those fuel which import to the country, Afghanistan head office is in Kabul and its fuel testing labs are in all customs borders.
