Sales Account Executive for Japan

Experience: 12 to 22 yrs.  | Salary: U.S Dollars 85,000 - 1,00,000 & above P.A  |  Opening(s): 2

Sales Account Executive is a senior role and is responsible for selling software licenses and consulting services directly to assigned customer accounts.


Mandatory well versed with Japanese language.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quota.
  • Achieve assigned objectives of sales pipeline development.
  • Manage day to day sales process, coordinate account meetings, and coordinate sales support resources.
  • Provide sales and executive management with account updates, sales forecasts, etc.
  • Coordinate and lead multidivisional account teams.
  • Work as a team member on sales efforts involving global account opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain customer contacts at assigned accounts.
Reports to Country Manager in Japan

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record in successful direct sales of software solutions.
  • Extensive experience selling to customers in the Energy/Petroleum/Engineering industry.
  • Significant experience leading multimillion dollar sales campaigns.
  • Proficient at establishing and cultivating "C" level consultative relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Personal computer literacy.
  • University degree preferred
  • Self-discipline and motivation to produce results with indirect supervision.
  • Additional consideration for candidates with:
  • Chemical Engineering or relevant technical degree
  • Specific industry knowledge and experience
