Restaurant Manager


Experience: 5 to 6 yrs

Restaurant Manager (Male)

Experience : Candidates must have experience in the same position.

Preference will be given to candidates with 5-star hotels or club experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the management of all aspects of the Restaurant, functions, in accordance with the club standards.
Direct, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff.
Preparing the Duty Schedule and weekly business forecast.
Responsible for all the functions taking place in the meeting rooms.

Senior Receptionist (Female)


Experience: 5 to 6 yrs

Experience : 
Candidates must have a minimum 5 years experience in the same position.
Preference will be given to candidates with 5 star hotels or club experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To oversee the reception and cashiering Functions of the club. To ensure that all reception and cashiering staff are properly trained and that all outlets are properly staffed.
To prepare a weekly duty Roaster for the receptionists / cashiers making sure that all outlets (Main Reception, Gym Reception, Indoor Court Reception, and the Restaurants) are covered while taking into accounts off days, sick days and annual leave.
To oversee the training of new cashier / receptionists and ensure that training programs are arranged for existing cashier / receptionist to keep them up to date.
To ensure the implementation of any policies / procedures as recommended by management from time to time.
To coordinate the Log book ensuring that all relevant entries are made and to ensure that the Log Book is delivered to the Public Relations Manager / Administration & Finance Executive Manager daily. The senior receptionist is also required to make sure that the reception staff read and initial the log book daily.
To follow up the collection of members outstanding amounts. This is to be coordinated with the Account Income & Receivable Officer.
Membership – To ensure the following:
That new membership applications are accompanied by the relevant documents
That invoices are prepared promptly once the application is approved by the management and the members are advise of this once invoice is ready.
Ensure that all Music Cd’s, Games and all equipment under the control of the reception are kept properly accounted for at all times.

Reception Supervisor (female)


Experience: 5 to 6 yrs

Experience : 
Candidates must have a minimum 5 years experience in the same position.
Preference will be given to candidates with 5 star hotels or club experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise Reception operations during assigned shift including:
1) Members information
2) Assisting with complaints
3) Ensuring a smooth operation in all receptions

Supervise cashiering activities during shift including
1) Cash handling and procedure
2) Dealing with irregular payments
3) Instructing staff in credit policies and facilities

Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas of receptions
Monitor and evaluate staff performance through frequent contact with staff to ensure staff      implement decisions and work within the practice’s policies, and procedures.
Ensure a proper induction of new staff
Report problems to public relations manager with suggestions for resolution
Brings best practice to the attention of department, share new ideas that have been read about or discovered
Diagnose problems and thoroughly analysis information to guide decision making
Build and maintain positive relationships with all members and guests in order to anticipate their needs
Create a positive club image in every interaction with members or guests
Adhere to the club standards
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to members and guests
Assist members and guests and escort them to locations within the club at their request
Demonstrate co-operation with colleagues, senior receptionists, and across departments.
To undertake other duties as required by the Public Relations Manager

Housekeepers (Male & Female)

Preferably with high level expertise in both Group Exercise and Personal Training.
Advanced language skills in either English or Arabic or both.
Highly effective communicator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Female Wedding Supervisor


Experience: 5 to 6 yrs

Experience : Candidates must have a minimum 5 years experience in the same position.

  Job Description
Should have the knowledge of food & beverage service.
To ensure the best service according to the club standard.
To guide the staff according to requirements of the functions.
To follow the layout plan according to the guests request
To take the order from the guest in regards to the plan of the function  and implement accordingly.
Ensure the smooth services during the operation of functions.
To ensure the staff follow the greeting standard of Dana club.
To co-ordinate with host in charge during ladies wedding.
To handle the guest’s complaints and solve it on the spot, if  the complaints relevant to the Banquet Manger needs to report it to Banquet Manager.   
To ensure the payment from the guest during female weddings  if they consume  extra food , furniture.
To follow the instructions given by  the Banquet Manager or by the  head waiters. 
To follow and delegate  the cleanness and hygiene service standard set by Dana club.
To ensure the closing procedure in place after every function.
To ensure to  meet entire plan of the operation of the function as per guest requirements.
To seek  prior approval from the host in charge of the female wedding in case of any change of plan.
To ensure prior approval from the guest before  serving dinner whether set menus or buffet.
To advise the policy of the club to the guest on their request not within the policies.
To inform the guest in advance  before windup of the event.
To assign  and lead female staff of wedding functions.
To assign casual staff in accordance to the function requirements.
To ensure the menu which  serves is in accordance to the guest selection stated in function sheet.

Commi Chef

To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
To assist in preparing all food items in his respective kitchen section in accordance with established recipe cards and methods.
To produce food preparation for everyday use and maintaining the set standards.
To prepare section mise-en-place daily as required.
To minimize waste of all food items.
To collect food requisitions from different outlets as directed.
To assist his superiors to ensure that portion control policy is adhered to properly.
To assist breakdown mise-en-place station at the end of meal periods and store the food away properly.

Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor (Female)


Experience: 4 to 5 yrs

xperience : 
Candidates must have a minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
Preference will be given to candidates with 5 star hotels or club experience.
Job Function / Description:
Get the necessary instruction from the supervisor for the day on time which is assigned.
Check the routine job of the morning shift and brief them about necessary work for the day.
Explain about the job for the day to the afternoon shift.
Take a complete round of Club premises.
Assign the work for afternoon shift staff and brief them what and how they have to do the job.
Check the evening function for the day and give necessary instruction to the afternoon shift staff accordingly.
Inspect all the changing rooms, banquet, restaurants and the lounges.  Brief and assign the necessary work to the afternoon shift staff.
Take the handover from the supervisor for the day.
Open the laundry for the staff or restaurant as per requirement.
Release the staff for dinner as necessary.
Take a round and give the necessary instruction to the staff.
Check and prepare the inspection report part by part.
Collect the official paper, study and make arrangement or report to the supervisor as per requirement accordingly.
Prepare the checklist and forward the message to the supervisor.
Brief to the night shift about the work for the night as per supervisor’s instructions.
Write down the daily report to the supervisor.
Maintain the staff attendance sheet daily.
Follow up and make necessary arrangements according to the club’s function. 
Monitor and maintain the proper storage of the equipments and the chemicals. 
Organize monthly staff meeting.
 Complete preparation of project cleaning.
 Organize training session according to the necessity.
