Java Professionals for USA

Currently we have an onsite opportunity for Java Professionals for our Project Solution Practice.

EXPERIENCE :- 5+ Years 
EDUCATION :- B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT)
Degree Certificate has to be in English Language.

WORK LOCATION :- Any of the Experis Delivery Centers Worldwide
TYPE OF ROLE :- Permanent*
 

*The candidate will be on the permanent payroll of Experis, supporting the internal projects of Experis, she/he might be deployed at the client place as per project requirement.

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Pre-Requisites: 

Excellent communication, analytical & troubleshooting skills

Adaptability to work in multi-cultural environment

Minimum of 5+ years of hands on programming experience in Java

Possesses Object Oriented Java skills with exposure and deep understanding of multiple frameworks (JEE, Spring) 

Application development experience in Enterprise computing environment

Must have Fortune 500 US company experience, strong preference for Telecom, and/or Insurance, and/or Financial Services domains 

Experience in full life-cycle Agile software development

Primary Skill : 

Strong Core Java and Object Oriented Programming knowledge, including knowledge of Gang of Four design patterns

JEE (including EJBs) or Spring

UML, XML and SOAP or RESTful web services

Oracle or DB2 - including SQL and stored procedures

Entity EJBs or an ORM Framework like Hibernate, Toplink or iBatis

WebSphere, WebLogic or JBoss

developing applications on Unix/Linux platforms

Development exposure in Eclipse, RAD or NetBeans

Experience using source control and bug tracking systems in a team environment

Additional Skills 

Developing cross-platform code

Building scalable systems with very high levels of concurrency and transactions

Exposure in JMS and multi-threaded applications

INTERVIEW PROCESS :-
 

Interview Process will start tentatively from 1st Week of December 2014

1st Round : Telephonic Pre-Screening will be done in India

2nd Round : International Talent Management Team will conduct (via Skype Video**) to 

know the basic interest and also will check on the proper attitude etc.

3rd Round : Technical Interview conducted from US ((via Skype Video)

Candidate should be available for the Video Skype/ telephonic interview. Candidates shall be informed much in advance. 

**Skype Id is mandatorily required.

VISA FILING PROCESS :-
 

After you are selected the necessary visa processing will take place. The candidate is expected to resign from his current employer once his/her Visa is approved.

All expenses related to your work permit filing would be taken care by Experis. Candidate has to take care for their dependents visa processing. However, we will help with documentation query.

Passport Validity :- Has to be 1+ years and above.

Once you are selected, Experis will send a Conditional Offer Letter ("Subject to Visa Approval" will be mentioned in that letter).

BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS :- 

Background checks will be conducted for 7 years of employment, education, criminal and address. Make sure all required documents of all the previous Organizations are in place and all companies you have worked should be in operation.
