Recruitment and Mobilisation Manager for Saudi Arabia

Nationality: Any Arabic National, Any Anglophone National

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment / Mobilisation Manager to work within the education sector in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

You must have previous experience of working in Saudi Arabia / Middle East and be a highly competent and organised HR professional.

Key responsibilities:

Employee relations
Success planning within all the colleges
Ensure successful mobilization of all new starters (flight booking, visa processing)
Manage multiple recruitment projects at any one time
Manage the recruitment of new staff, from sifting through to onboarding support
Block visa management

Minimum criteria to apply:

Ability to prioritise a range of tasks on a daily basis to meet deadlines and ensure timely follow up on issues raised.
Ability to present information clearly, concisely and in a logical manner
Flexibility and an ability to work well under pressure
Experience in dealing with recruitment and selection activities
Ability to anticipate problems and suggest solutions, willing to tackle urgent tasks at short notice to meet deadlines
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
Be either part or fully CIPD qualified or have demonstrable experience in current HR role
Have excellent knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages and HR IT systems

Perfect (near native) English both written and verbal

First class people skills, rounded HR expertise and strong commercial acumen.
