IT Manager for PT Aura Group, Indonesia (3+ Years Experience)

Aura group is exclusive distributor of luxury, Prestige, Mass Perfume brands along with cosmetics/ Nail/ Hair care & Spa brands, Aura group is the distributor present in all distribution channels nationwide in Indonesia and it has more than 700+ doors all over Indonesia. Aura group is the only distributor to offer its own modern market retailing option on domestic market besides a best -in -class merchandising in all department stores and also it has domestic and duty free retail from fragrances to cosmetics brands in Indonesia.
    EXPERIENCE :

    -Experience in Microsoft  Dynamics NAV ERP,
    -Must have extensive experience in LS Modules,
    -Must have knowledge in full implementation cycle experience in later version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV & L S Retail,
    -Must have demonstrated Knowledge in System upgrades, integration and testing,
    -Must have knowledge in BI Tools(Targit),
    -Ability to analyze and recommond solutions to any technical difficulty in a timely manner,
    -Knowledge in window Domain & VPN is a plus ( Good to have)
    -Support and apply development skills to help solve complex business problems in a timely manner.
    -Experience in MSD NAV Version upgrade ( Good to have )
    -Certification in MSD NAV Development is a plus ( Good to have )
    - Must have knowledge of navision modules and functionality,
    -Strong understanding of financial, inventory, purchasing, distribution, as well as experience customizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
    -Internalize Navision expertise into the company. Establish a knowledge base system to document the knowledge and train other IT staff to support specified functions.

    SKILLS :

    -Must have excellent analytical and technical skills,
    -Should have good written and verbal communication skills,
    -Should be able to work individually and with team and able to supervise the IT team,
    -Should be result oriented and able to work at  pressure and prioritize the given tasks,
    -Ability to handle or interact with clients,
    -Participate in the evaluation and technical analysis of business requirements, and assist in defining program requirements and software configuration,
    --Ability to become familiar with the business processes and apply technology to implement business requirements.
