- At least - Technical University Diploma and / or an associated Degree (4 years) or equal in Safety.
At least 5 years experience in similar HSE responsibilities.
Construction experience is necessary - Road and Infrastructure preferable.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Previous International environment work experience.
Excellent leadership, auditing and monitoring skills.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Solid knowledge and experience of relevant international HSE best practice.
Knowledge in OHSAS 18001, IS0 1400 and 9001 are preferable.
