Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Bamako, Mali (Relocation required)
Employment Type: Full-time, 30-36 months contract

We are proud to provide high-quality products ranging from home appliances and electronics to solar equipment (inverters, panels, batteries) and security systems (CCTV cameras). As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and target corporate and retail opportunities to drive business growth, expanding the company's reach within the electronic, solar, and security sectors.
Sales Management: Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Motivate the team through coaching, training, and strategic goal-setting.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to help shape sales strategies and identify areas for business expansion.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients and retail partners. Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier customers.
Project Management: Oversee the installation and after-sales service operations, ensuring high-quality execution with the respective teams. Ensure customer satisfaction through smooth project delivery and timely after-sales support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to ensure product offerings align with customer needs and business goals.
Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, project status, and market insights to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
Preferably an Electrical Engineer with an MBA or similar qualifications.
1-2 years of professional experience in business development, sales management, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of electronics, solar energy systems, and/or security solutions.
Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, including sales, installation, and after-sales service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French is a plus.
Location: The successful candidate will be relocated to Bamako, Mali, where they will play a key role in driving the company's growth in the region.
