Urgently required QC Inspectors for CCC - FADHILI PROJECT Saudi Arabia.

1 . QC Procurement Supervisors 2nos 

with Dipl.or Degr in engn 10 to 15 Yrs in Oil & Gas Fields.

Ex-Aramco approved candidates with SAP number along with approval copy Candidate with degree & seven (7) yrs of exp.in inspection, or diploma with ten (10) yrs of exp.in inspection with a min. of three (3) yrs directly related to supervision of vendor inspection activities in the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas & petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication.

2. QC Supervisors Civil 2 Nos 

Degr in Civil Engn with 10 to 15 Yrs of Oil & Gas Fields Exp.

Ex-Aramco approved candidates with SAP number & CBT Pass along with approval copy. With total of seven (7) yrs of exp in inspection or high school diploma with a total of ten (10) years of exp.in inspection. Min.three (3) yrs directly relating to supervision of construction activities in the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas & petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication).

3. QC Inspectors Civil & Batching plant 10 Nos 

with Dipl or Degr in Civil Engn. 8 to 10 Yrs Oil & Gas Fields Exp.

Ex Aramco approved with SAP number & CBT Pass along with approval copy.Inspector with working knowledge of recognized building codes such as the International Building Code (IBC) or equivalent standards. Construction techniques with emphasis on soil mechanics, foundations, retaining walls, structural steel, masonry, building interiors, building finishes, roof systems, and asphalt.

4. QC Inspectors Painting & Coating 2 Nos 

Dipl.or Degr in Mechanical/chemical Engn 8 to 10 Yrs in Oil & Gas Fields with Valid BGAS /CSWIP Certificate.

Ex-Aramco approved with SAP number along with approval cop.Inspector with ability of all phases and types of critical coating applications & methods & industry standards of critical coatings. Inspector with certified NACE CIP-I, SSPC PCI-I, BGAS Grade-2 or equivalent as per SAEP-316.

5. QC Inspectors Plumbing/HVAC 2 Nos 

Dipl. or Degr in Mechanical Engn 8 to 10 Yrs Oil & Gas Fields Exp

Ex-Aramco approved with SAP number & CBT Pass along with approval copy.Inspector with knowledge of codes such as the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), IPC, ASME 31.9, NFPA 13, 14, 20, 99, IBC, UFC &/or equivalent standards. Inspector with knowledge of codes such as the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA) codes Uniform Mechanical Code, ASME 31.9, NFPA 90A, ASHRAE Handbooks and/or equivalent standards.

6. QC Material Receiving Inspector Civil 01 Nos 

Dipl.or Degr in Civil Engn 8 to 10 Yrs Oil & Gas Fields Exp.

Ex-Aramco approved with SAP number & CBT Pass along with approval copy. Material receiving inspectors will be assigned specific disciplines to perform receiving inspection functions for their disciplines.

7. QC Material Receiving Inspector Piping 01 No 

Dipl.or Degr in Mechanical Engn 8 to 10 Yrs Oil & Gas Fields Exp.

Ex-Aramco approved with SAP number along with approval copy.Material receiving inspectors wil be assigned from the specific disciplines to perform receiving inspection functions for their disciplines.

8. QC Inspectors Structural Steel 6 Nos 

Dipl. or Degr in Mechanical Engn 8 to 10 Yrs in Oil & Gas Fields.

Ex-Aramco approved with SAP number & CBT Pass along with approval copy. Material receiving inspectors wil be assigned from the Steel structure discipline to perform receiving inspection functions for their discipline.

9. QC Inspector Piping 20 Nos 

Dipl. or Degr in Mechanical Engn 8 to 10 Yrs. in Oil & Gas Fields.

Ex-Aramco approved with SAP number along with approval copy. Inspector with thorough knowledge of PIPING codes

10. QC Inspectors Welding 20 Nos.

Dipl. or B Sc in mechanical Engineering 8 to 10 Years "Oil & Gas Fields Experiences with Valid CSWIP/AWS Certificate.

Ex-Aramco approved with SAP number along with approval copy. Inspector certified with (AWS), CWI, CSWIP 3.1 COMPANY approved equivalent. Inspector with codes such as ASME B 31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, API 620 & 650, AWS D1.1, required for the execution of the WORK.(NDT) forms part of the WORK, will review or ensure NDT programs and results, minimum ASNT Level II method(s). performing, reviewing or ensuring Nondestructive Testing in VT, MT, PT, RT or UT, certified in the specific method(s).Performing, reviewing or ensuring Radiographic Testing Film Interpretation (RTFI), Certified in RTFI

11. QC Inspector Mechanical & Equipment 6 Nos. 

Dipl. or Degr in Mechanical Engn 8 to 10 Yrs in Oil & Gas Fields.

Ex-Aramco approved with SAP number along with approval copy. - Currently certified by API (API 653 & API 510)

- Direct work exp.& Knowledge of static and rotating mechanical equipment, commodities, materials construction, Pre-Commissioning and quality activities.

- Knowledge of Work-related engn codes & standards, such as ASTM, API, IEC, NEMA, UL, FM, NFPA, ASME BPVC (Sections I, V, VIII and IX); ANSI/ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and B73; NACE SPs, API 620, API 650 and AWS D1.1, &

-Knowledge of mechanical process systems inspection & testing; procedures, tools and test equipment used in receiving, storage, fabrication, erection, construction & Pre-Commissioning of steam and combustion turbines, diesel engines, pumps, compressors, motors & generators, mixers and agitators, fans, gearboxes, firewater pumps and motors, auxiliary cooling and lubrication systems, packaged process equipment, pipe, pipe fittings, valves, pressure vessels, fired heaters, tanks, structural steel, hot/cold insulation and other equipment and commodities as required for the WORK

12. QC Inspector Preservation Piping 3 nos. 

Dipl. or Degr in Mechanical Engn 8 to 10 Yrs in Oil & Gas Fields.

Ex-Aramco approved will be the 1st priority.Has knowledge of SAEP 385 ( PIPING, Equip., steel,.etc).

13. QC Inspector Preservation Equipment 3 nos 

Dipl.or Degr in Mechanical Engn 8 to 10 Yrs in Oil & Gas Fields.

Ex-Aramco approved candidates will be the 1st priority" Has knowledge of SAEP 385 ( PIPING, Equip., steel,.etc)
