QUALIFICATION: 
Degree / Diploma / 10 to 15 years experience in related Departments in STEEL PLANT .  Must have knowledge of written and spoken English with sound computer background is a must.

• STEEL MAKING DEPARTMENT :


1) SMS Shift Group Leaders (SMS) : Coordinate between EAF, LF, CCM, ladle, tundish and material handling system to achieve shift production.

2) EAF Operator (SMS ) : Carry out all activities in EAF Charging, feeding, melting, tapping, EBT filling, Electrode handling, Hot repairing control on tap chemistry and temperature.

3) LRF Operator (SMS): Making heat in LRF on time and follow sequence at CCM. Control on steel chemistry and temperature of the steel. Electrode handling.

4) CCM Shift Shift Group Leaders (SMS) : All activities of CCM in shift Coordination with between LF, CCM and MH to achieve production target.

5) CCM Operator (SMS ): All CCM pulpit control Operations 

6) CCM Mould Operators (SMS ): Caster and Tundish preparation, Mould operation.

7) CCM Technicians (SMS) : Assist to Mould preparation, CNC preparation and CCM maintenance

8) Refractory Shift Group Leaders (SMS):  Prepare of EAF, Ladle and tundish lining on time and refractory material arrangement.

9) Refractory Technician/Mason(SMS): EAF shell, Ladle and tundish lining and de-bricking. 

10) Ladle Shift Group Leaders (SMS) : EAF, Ladle and tundish refractory shift management. Running EAF, LRF and tundish maintenance

11) Ladle Operator (SMS): Ladle preparation and Teeming operation

12) EAF/LRF Head (SMS): Responsible for Overall EAF/LRF operation activities.

13) Refractory Head (SMS) :Responsible for Overall refractory department activities.

14) Asst Manager (SMS): Responsible for Overall SMS Shop floor activities
