Asset Controller for Dubai

The position for Dubai location as Asset Controller 

Budget:- 2000 to 5000 AED 

Asset Controller (Based in Warehouse)
Tasks
Responsible for the overall integrity of Assets including the Control, Compliance to Policy & Tagging
Maintains inventory by conducting regular physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
Other key tasks;
o Receipt of Asset
o Tagging of Asset
o Storage of Asset
o Distribution of Asset

Liaise with Asset Accountant, Operators and IT departments to ensure accurate recording details are maintained
Ensure all location transfers are recorded
Repair & Maintenance Tracking 
Ensuring compliance to company Policy for Asset Control 
Assist in Asset Counts & Reconciliations
Delivers / supplies equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
Ability to identify and categorize IT equipments.
Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by Manager 

Experience & Qualifications
Absolute must have experience within Asset Storage, Asset Registers & Control 
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or IT
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Hardware)
