    We are looking for someone who can lead our Creative Team. As the Senior Copywriter, you will be required to manage and grow a strong, cross-disciplinary team of Designers and Copywriters across multiple business teams and cities. You will help in creating and leading outstanding campaigns for leading brands that are part of the GMI portfolio. You are also expected to bring out strategic and creative brilliance in your teams based in UAE & Kochi.

    The role requires you to have excellent knowledge in user-centric design processes and methodologies and to be able to inspire the team to create world-class digital experiences. With your experience and creativity, we expect substantial growth in business from existing & new clients.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Oversee the development of ideas/concepts and implementation across several channels
    • Lead the creative content team and supervise the work they produce
    • Come up with original ideas, concepts and manage the execution of the concept.
    • Produce high-converting copy yourself for social media, websites, emailers, banners, videos etc.
    • Ideate and define the (digital) content strategy for brands. This is not just limited to social media, but any online presence of a brand
    • Ideate and execute digitally lead campaigns for brands
    • Maintain an eye on numbers/performance metrics of the content work done in every vertical you'll be a part of.
    • Work with designers, video editors, motion-graphics designers and even other teams to produce high-converting collateral.
    • Work with the Design Team and help bring ideas to life
    • Have the ability to zoom out and strategically look at the digital presence of a brand and direct the agency towards producing content that will help build the brand

    • Maintain high standards of creativity throughout the development and implementation processes
    • Establish conceptual and strategic directions to meet the needs of our clients and our brands
    • Aid in clients visualization of ideas and present creative ideas and concepts to clients
    • Thoroughly understand local industry trends and externalities and identify creative opportunities
    • Work with clients regularly to resolve creative issues
    • Attend business development strategy meetings
    • Provide the overall vision for the creative approach in a pitch together with Business Directors/ Account Directors
    • Communicate the creative strategy in a pitch along with Business and Account Directors
    • Raise the creative standards for the agency
