Sales Operations Head for Togo, Burkina Faso & Mali

Organization is a major player into Sales & Marketing of 2/3 wheeler in 40 African Countries. Looking for Cluster Head- for its Sales Operations in ( Togo, Burkina Faso & Mali) cluster. 


- Business Head position. Role holder shall be responsible for managing entire sales operations of the cluster. 
- Responsible to manage profitability of the operations in a cluster of countries as profit center Head.
- One has to design business strategy and effectively execute through team.
- Responsible for achieving revenue targets through sales of 2/3 wheeler, Spares parts, service operations.
- Expansion and management of business operations
- Responsible for Shareholder/ Channel/ Customer/ Employee satisfaction
- Responsible for meeting shareholder/ board of directors expectations.
- Reporting and updating BOD on operations
- Ensure all the rules of the land are followed.
- Maintaining healthy P&L and Balance sheet


Required Candidate profile
Candidate should be  Management Graduate (MBA) full time regular in Marketing/ Business Strategy/ International Business with good experience of Planning & Execution of business strategies. 
- Post qualification experience of 12-15 years
- Should know French Language (essential requirement)
- Experience of working on International assignment.
- Ability to manage full business operations including sales, marketing, after sales service, logistics, finance, HR,etc.
- Strong experience and understanding of channel management
- Ability to manage external environment.
- Leadership quality to effectively drive team towards organisational objectives.
- Understanding of financials, budgeting, operational efficiencies, ROI, evaluating investment opportunities, capex
-  Go-getter, ability to think out of box and drive culture of innovation in the organisation
 
Preference to the candidate having experience in Automobile industry.
