Sales Manager for Niger

Client having operation in 32 countries in Africa dealing with all major brands in consumer Electronics

Our client a well reputed organisation in Africa is looking for Sales Manger in Niger .If you are interested ,you should posses valid passport & shall be willing to go in single status Visa. Family status might be given only after a year if the performance is satisfactory.

Responsibilities 
Report directly to Director, Overseas Market, Corporate HQ, Singapore

Provide Leadership and Supervisor guidance to all the functional groupings i.e. Sales, Service, Finance/Accounts/ Warehousing

Develop, plan and execute country marketing strategy

Develop Strategic Customer Service Support Solutions to achieve customer loyalty and growth in revenue

Develop new business strategy and customer support solution for new businesses

Manages resources execute business plan and achieve revenue target
Develops strategies for competitive product positioning

Manage Import Shipments effectively

Required Knowledge in Microsoft Office

Able to work under pressure, pro-active & highly organized

Manage Sales forecast, responses to ensure customer demands are supported by Country's capacity and purchases

Maintains competitive intelligence and bench marking criteria
Managing resources (including headcount and outsourced work) to fulfill deliverable
Execute budgetary planning and control in the running the operation
Goals and target settings for subordinate
Any other duties as assigned by Corporate Headquarters


Requirement

Minimum of at least 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.

Preferably should be between 30 to 35 years of age

Understanding of French language is necessary

Exposure to working in Africa Sub-Continent is necessary

Experience in consumer electronics & appliances experience preferred.

Worked as an outdoor salesperson.

Good Inter-personal and communication skills
Good analytical skills
Your savings will be between 1 Lack to 1.30 lacks per month that is 12 to 15 lacks PA as savings.
