Designation: Sales Manager
Location: Dubai
CTC: Approx 12000 to 13000 AED per month depending on current ctc and experience
Note: Food and Accomodation will not be provided by the company
Job Summary:
Responsible for increasing business revenues in the B2B / Corporate Sales
Line of Business
Responsible for driving Brand Awareness
Oversee all sampling opportunities in the cities where the stores are present
Represent the brand by maximizing and contributing to sales within a highly marketing driven approach
Provide positive leadership and support to all the colleagues within the team

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
Establish a solid collaboration with the Partnerships Team to share best practices
Achieve quantitative measures of performance: Sales Targets, forecasting accuracy, Gross Margin
Create toolbox with presentation and a schedule of weekly meetings with prospects
Create a large network of Corporate Clients to create focus on large sampling opportunities
Highly Marketing Driven initiatives to build brand awareness and develop sales
Communication:
Join regional sales and operations meetings on regular basis
Weekly meeting with GM and Sr. Management to discuss business plan versus achievements and improvement areas
Supply Chain:
Monitor forecasting and ordering in consultation with General Manager and Brand Manager
Monitor slow-moving Stock and expiration dates in consultation with Merchandising Coordinator
Miscellaneous:
Ensure enhanced brand visibility and provide inputs for marketing and brand awareness
