Provision of consistent high quality FM services to local clients operating in Sri Lanka/West Asia
Client management of local accounts
Achievement of net operating revenue, organic growth and new business targets in accordance with Performance Assessment deliverables.
Improve the client satisfaction for the accounts from current levels.
Seek out new business opportunities and assist in developing the business within and from the account
Support the delivery of high quality FM / Property management services to the account/client.
Work with other business lines to promote cross-sell.
Achieve the objectives contained in the Individual Performance Management Plan for the position.
This role requires significant liaison within other Account Managers, the IFM/PAM team, CRMs and with the country management.
