The ideal candidate would have the following characteristics:
1. Solid educational background with the right credentials to handle this job which involves managing the HR affairs off personnel from various industries ( ranging from education to high end retail) .
2. A minimum international experience of 2 years.
3. Total overall experience - 8 years to 10 years.
4. Highly proactive and capable to handle executions to the detailed level possible with minimum supervision.
5. Ability to Don multiple hats.
6. Well versed in all HR aspects including recruitment and selection and performance management.
Roles and Responsibilities off the candidate.
1. Manage and Direct the 4 Man HR team.
2. Provide guidance in recruitment and selection using appropriate tools for various countries and for various posts.
3. Single handedly able to set up and run performance management systems.
4. Provide senior management with detailed MIS reports on HR.
5. Working knowledge of compensation and benefits.
6. Capable to understand, assimilate and quickly absorb the laws of the country.
