1.To coordinate with the principals on day to day stock/additional orders placement/price requirements etc, in addition any local LPO to be raised
2.Sending monthly stocks statements –opening balance, in qty, out qty & closing stocks especially for Non OR tires. [pls. be noted , no value should be attached only Units]
3.Preparing monthly report for the off-the-road Tires as per format given and to be sent to Principal before 15th of each month. [Only Units]
4.Making list of Priority based on end of months stocks level and confirmation for next months. Regular follow-up based on vanning plan & Shipment advice given by principal and urgency at our end.
5.Sending monthly off-the-road tires order through ACE system beginning of month and also Non OR order by 19th to BSMEA through Door system.
6.Checking for stocks availability with Principal for any inquiries from customer/Retail and place additional orders accordingly endorsed by Sales Manager.
7.Coordinate with stores and accounts for any supply discrepancy, old stocks supply or wrong pricing etc.
8.Submission of monthly Claim Notes to Principal and keeping track of remittances in liaison with Accounts Department. Same applies to off -the- road claims [Mainly DPA].
9.Preparing the pricing for new products as and when required for Consumer and Commercial. Preparation of new pricing in the event of any general price increase form principals as per guide lines given by sales managers.
10.Check “Tejari” for any quotations or inquiry on daily basis and coordinate with sales managers for pricing and stocks availability.
Responsible for coordinating with marketing department for distribution of marketing material, new signage follow-up etc.
Coordinating with sales staff for customer feedback survey every 6 months and managing all ISO requirements for sales functions.
