Function description / Purpose
As a Country retail Trainer you will use your training facilitation, coaching and management skills to strongly support deployment of training and engagement programs across retail in your area.
Reports to
You will report to the Sales Capability Head & Master Trainer within your Area
Tasks
• Enable Learning
o You Build capability and motivate positive behaviors of target audiences such as FF, Promoters, Sales assistants
o Transmit Knowledge and Passion via memorable and immersive experiences
o Tailor learning experiences according to audience and desired outcome
• You have a strong business acumen: Given the thorough knowledge and understanding you have of the business, you are keen in understanding and dealing with different business situation
• Self-Development – you take ownership and direction for your continuous development, making use of the learning tools company has in place for trainer development
• Represent Company during your assignments
o You embody Company values and the trainer mindset in everything you do
o You comply with Company guidelines and Company values and act as a brand Ambassador in everything you do
• Perform administrative tasks
o You maintain and submit training documents
o You keep control of your calendar in a proactive way
o You analyze the training needs of your audiences and share your observations with your Area Sales Capability Head and with your Master trainer

o You have good instructional design skills to structure a learning environment that supports different styles of learning’s and learners
o You can create a structured and appropriate training intervention for any business requirement
o You adapt your training method or technique to the situational requirements
o You can create and maintain a good learning atmosphere/climate helping individual learners attain their objectives
o You are an experienced moderator, giving everybody the chance to express themselves and you master multiple methods to activate people in your training sessions, even in difficult situations
o You give precise and objective feedback to participants
o You understand the value of sharing real world examples, cases and experiences as part of your training
• Business Acumen
o You have an expert understanding of mobile technologies, Company offerings and competitor offerings
o You understand retail operations & mobile retail business within your customers and channel landscape
o You have a solid understanding in how retail and operator partners make profit and how we can support them to maximize their business
o You understand consumer behaviors and purchasing motivators

o You are a change agent and adopt the challenger mindset daring to be different
o You focus on priorities setting goals and objectives and translating them into action
