• Responsible for Sales & Marketing activities for UAE for Transformers & Switch gears.
• Vendor Registration & Vendor Approval from major utilities, corporate houses, major contractors & consultant.
• Developing relationship with clients for enhanced terms ensuring continued & repeat business.
• Preparation & presentation of business plan for entire Year.
• Preparing the tender proposal “Technical & Commercial” as per Client recommendations.
• Develops a business plan and Sales Strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Intimates and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing.
• Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalization of deals (techno- commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.
• Execution activities like submission of invoice, drawings, approval of drawings, manufacturing clearance, inspection call, dispatch clearance of Order.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reporting for Management.
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in transformer industry or related industry.
• He should have minimum 5 years of experience in managerial post.
• Should have ability to handle sales team.
• Should have knowledge of ERP and MRP will be preferable.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
