3) To act as a permit issuing authority on the site.
4.) To conduct regualr site safety audit and to prepare reports.
5.) Prepare a weekly summary report to submit to HSE department.
6.) To conduct daily toolbox talk meeting prior to start of work.
7.) To conduct mass toolbox meeting.
8.) To invistigate major incidents with site safety and management to ensure non-reoccurence through communication.
9.) To assist the investigation of incidents to establish the root cause for preventive measures required.
10.) To inspect and collect data and evaluate potential hazards of the work place.
11.) Familiar to do risk assessment, method statement,fire emergency plan.
12.) To make critical lift plans to ensure safe and documented procedure for working
13.) Ability to view and understand situations from different perspective aided to diverse discipline.
14.) To identify areas for improvement and give safety advice to the site teams by regular site audits.
15.) Ensure that all employees are provided with a general company safety upon arrival and that the records of the induction are maintained.
EDUCATION :
1.) NEBOSH (General Certificate) qualified or working towards NEBOSH certificate accreditation.
2.) NEBOSH Environmental Certificate.
3.) OSHA Trained.
4.) Holding safety certificates.
