Client Interview in Mumbai on 30th Aug' 19 


Position: HR Supervisor


Requirement:  Candidate should have min 4 - 5 years of experience in relevant field
Candidate must have GCC experience


Position: Asst. Manager Manpower


Requirement: Candidate should have min 4 - 5 years of experience 


Position: Payroll Accountant (Male)


Requirement: To handle payroll, Salary & invoices for all the workforce - Head office based role 
Candidate must have GCC experience


Position: Payroll Administrator


Requirement: To prepare payroll on behalf of AR HR department calculate salaries & overtime for bulk staff 
Preferable female


Position: Data Management Controller (Male)


Requirement: To handle and trace all the deployment, redeployment, new arrivals, departures, terminations, idle and employment staff reports (Advance excel skill is must)
Camp based role


Position: Camp Boss


Requirement: To manage and run the camp, handle all the accommodation related tasks like: room inspections, maintain law & order at the accommodation, coordinate with operations & security, handle all the movements (prior camp boss experience is mandatory)
Must have advance excel skills & knowledge


Position: HR CO-Ordinator


Requirement: Maintain time and attendance report on daily basis
Reduce  and maintain unauthorized absence and ensure it is less then 3%
Address all worker issue and report them to the Asst Operations Manager/ Operations Manager
Make sure all the MOL thumbprints, MOL contracts and EID/ Medical appointment are met with deadline
Make sure employee audit is done from time to time and provide all kind of adhoc requirement
