Interview for Multiple Vacancies in Bahrain

We are going to organize the Personal Interview for STS, BAHRAIN (Refinery Construction) in MUMBAI.

Job Location BAHRAIN

Position -

1. Lifting Engineer (10-12 Years Exp.):

Oil & Gas Experienced in All kinds of Lifting plan preparation, Critical lift requirements, Proficiency in Auto cad, Different load calculation ( Wind load, Tailing load), Handling exp upto 500 MT as a single lift, Site execution of heavy lifts and transportation, Knowledge on SPMT , GBP calculations and route survey, Preparation of Critical lift data sheets , MS and JHA ,English and Hindi speaking, Certificate courses in Lifting and Rigging is preferable.

2. Senior Engineer - (Static & Rotary Equipment) (15-20 Years Exp.):

Familiar With HSE requirements , Applicable API , ASME standards, MST and ITP Preparation, Schedule & Progress monitoring & Reporting, Cost control, Handling Site issues, Job allocation and Guiding engineers ,supervisors and sub-contractors, Problem solving ability, Vendor Coordination, Preparation of Mitigation and recovery plan, Interdepartmental coordination, PMC and client coordination, Max crew handling cap - 100 to 150, Thorough knowledge in Installation of Static & Rotary Equipment, Assembly of Turbine , Compressors and Column internals, Boiler and Reformer Experience mandatory.

3. Engineer - (Static & Rotary Equipment) (8-12 Years Exp.)

HSE requirements, ability to interpret Specs and Drawings, preparation of BOQs, Job allocation and Guiding supervisors & Sub contrators, Monitoring and reporting Progress, MST and ITP preparation, knolwedge about Mill right alignment & Alignment methods (Reverse & Face - Rim Method), Interdepartmental coordination, PMC and client coordination, Understand English & Hindi , Crew handling strength ( 50 pax), Clear communciation , able to read MST and other HSE documents & commitment for Daily progress goals, Should have Turbine driven Centrifugal / Reciprocating compressor alignment / Boiler and Reformer.

4. Junior Engineer- (Static & Rotary Equipment) (3-5 Years Exp.)

Should understand Static Equipment and accessories related drawing, knowledge about alignment & Alignment methods, Bolt torqueing methods, confined space work, Well aware of TBT & HSE requirements, Understand English & Hindi , Crew handling strength ( 20 pax), Clear communication , able to read MST and other HSE documents, commitment for commitment for Daily progress goals, Internal installation & Boiler and Reformer Experience preferred

5. Millwright Foreman ( Oil & Gas construction) (10-15 Years Exp.)

Should understand Rotary Equipment and accessories related drawing , knolwedge about Mill right alignment & Alignment methods (Reverse & Face - Rim Method), Bolt torquing methods, Graph Preparation, safe handling of Precision tools , Site level Tool calibration knowledge, HSE requirments, Understand English & Hindi , Crew handlig strength ( 20 pax), Clear communciation , able to read MST and other HSE documents & commitment for Daily progress goals, Should have Turbine driven Centrifugal / Reciprocating compressor alignment

6. Foreman (Static & Rotary Equiment) (10-15 Years Exp.)

Should understand Static Equipment and accessories related drawing, knowledge about alignment & Alignment methods, Bolt torqueing methods, confined space work, Well aware of TBT & HSE requirements, Understand English & Hindi , Crew handling strength ( 20 pax), Clear communication , able to read MST and other HSE documents, commitment for commitment for Daily progress goals, Internal installation & Boiler and Reformer Experience preferred

7. Rigger Level - 1 ( Oil & Gas construction) (8-12 Years Exp.)

Knowledge about Rigging practices , Handling of various lifting gears, HSE requirements, Rigging signals and communications ,Smooth handling experience of static and rotary equipment's , awareness about the hazards in Handling chain blocks and other lifting equipment's, Understand English and Hindi.

8. Rigger Level - 2 ( Oil & Gas construction)   (8-12 Years Exp.)     

Knowledge about Rigging practices , Handling of various lifting gears, HSE requirements, Rigging signals and communications ,Smooth handling experience of static and rotary equipment's , awareness about the hazards in Handling chain blocks and other lifting equipment's, Understand English and Hindi.

8. Mechanical Fitter (8-12 Years, Exp.)

Should understand Rotary Equipment and accessories related drawing , knowledge about Equipment Alignment methods , Knowledge in Bolt torqueing method, HSE requirements, Understand English & Hindi , Clear communication , Internal installation & Boiler and Reformer Experience preferred.

9. Man lift Operator (8 to 12 Years Exp.)   

Hand full experience in different man lift operations in Oil and gas construction field, Knowledge about Safety locks and controls, Awareness of HSE Requirements in related field, Oil and gas experience, understand English and Hindi                      

Qualifications - B Tech / BE / Diploma in Engineering
