Our main business is General Contracting and Trading encompassing Industrial Services for Plant Turnaround / Maintenance, Temporary Facilities and Shutdown Work, but also including the Civil Construction, Mechanical, Piping, Structural Fabrication, Electrical, Instrumentation Works, and the provision of Manpower, Heavy Equipment, and Construction/Industrial Materials to locations covering the whole of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Electrical Maintenance Engineer 

Qualification: Bachelor Degree/Diploma 


Experience: Must have minimum seven (7) years' experience in handling field instrument maintenance installation and troubleshooting of pneumatic and/or digital components; 


Shall perform installation, troubleshooting, repairing, testing and calibration of field instruments; 
Perform a verity of skilled work related to installation, maintenance, calibration operation, troubleshooting, testing of control instruments, including corrective and preventive maintenance of various systems and control panels; 
Must be familiar with and able to read circuit diagrams and work independently


Low Voltage Electrical Technician 

Qualification: ITI/Diploma 

Experience: Experienced in troubleshooting any problem of motor control centers and motor starters; 

Able to read and follow single line diagrams, three elementary diagrams and all control drawings for load distribution panels or any low voltage panel boards; 
Able to trace problems of wire panels in the event of missing as-built drawings or manufacturer's instructions; 
Familiar with functions and troubleshooting of both the "ON" load and the "ON NO" load break switches / breakers; 
Fair in oral and written English; and 
Able to read and interpret engineering documents. 

MEP Cost Estimation Cum Quantity Surveyor Engineer 

Qualification:
  Bachelor Degree/Diploma 

Experience:  Should have minimum 7 years' gulf experience oil and gas sector 

MEP Quantity Surveyor and Cost Estimation in Tendering Department, Well Qualified in MEP, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Instrumentation & Telecommunication, Security Systems, Low Voltage Power System, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and OSP/ISP Telecom (ICT) Systems Pre-Contract & Post-Contract, Strong background in Cost Estimation and Quantity Surveying in Onshore Oil & Gas Refinery, Plants/Refineries, Petrochemical, Control Stations, Buildings Facility Infrastructure, Utilities, Projects. Manage all MEP tender & proposal management. MEP BOQ, Estimating MEP services, Rate Analysis, Mechanical Services including HVAC, Drainage, and Water services Fire Fighting services, FM 200, LPG system, Irrigation lines Rainwater lines, STP / Holding Tank / Sewage Lifting Station, Tanks installation/building services and etc. Plans and executes pre-tender and pre-contract stages, including commercial evaluation of tenders received, ensuring the contracting strategies and the ultimate contracts developed are consistent with company's approved policy, legal requirement, standards and specifications

Lead Estimator Cum Quantity Surveyor Engineer Civil 

Qualification:
  Bachelor Degree/Diploma 

Experience:  Should have minimum 7 years' gulf experience oil and gas sector 

Tendering & Estimation, and efficient Bid Management Pre-Contract & Post-Contract, Strong background in Cost Estimation and Quantity Surveying, Civil, Structural, Architectural & MEP Multi Trade Items Break-Down, (Design, Engineering). Key experienced in Civil Works, Infrastructures, Buildings, Industrial Power Plants, Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Pumping stations, Desalination Plants, Schools, HV/MV Substation Projects and Design & Build, Cost plus Projects. Including the Contract Administration, QS & Cost reporting, Contractual correspondences, claims and contract documentation and other commercial related activities. Manage all Tenders & Proposals Management, engineering and technical proposal preparation. Ensures that the tenders and contracts are thoroughly reviewed for contractual, legal, safety, risk management, financial, tax, and accounting issues and provisions prior to submitting to management/client for approval. Plans and executes pre-tender and pre-contract stages, including commercial evaluation of tenders received, ensuring the contracting strategies and the ultimate contracts developed are consistent with company's approved policy, legal requirement, standards and specifications
