  • Responsible for all Technocommercial sales activities in assigned regions with Revenue Collection and OI Target Achievements.
  • Manage quality and consistency of Networking and PR in the region.
Responsibilities:-
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in the assigned region.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • -Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts along with assigned presales team.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client ,Partner and potential client relationships.
  • -Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Responsible for revenue generation on targets and collection targets for the country.
  • Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
2. Follow-up for collection of payment.
3. Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of solutions and services.
4. Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees as and when required.
5. Keep CRM updated
6. Guide Channel and Account Sales Team with Creating new SI /partners in Region
7.Huting Telcos , NGO,FMCG,Banks ,MFI ,TSP and SI Leads in the Region.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Working conditions are normal for an remote office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work to cater to regional Sales team needs. Working and coordinating with Team in India Head office.

  • Order Booking per Quarter per assigned Region against Targets
  • Revenue(cash Flow) Collection per Quarter per assigned Region against Targets
  • Compensation Achievement Yearly against Targets achieved
  • Sales Activities : Region wise lead as per sales stage and Funnel
  • Closing Ration in terms of %
  • Forecast Accuracy and Budget planning
  • Identification of leads and Opportunity Index

Required Candidate profile
1. Current Candidate should be from Fintech field with a min experience for the region of 5 years.
2. Overall sales experience required on field with revenue Embeded solution is 3 Years
3. Candidate should have handled revenue sales of 1 million USD /Anum & Cash Flow Collection of over 1 million USD/Anum in previous work experience.
4. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
5. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, composes, and edits written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience.
6. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
7. Work requires significant regional travel to current and potential clients withn the country
8. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
