Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing shops like cash collection, proper control on stocks, avoid shortage and expiry goods.
- Ideas to increase shop sales.
- Maintaining good relations with customers.
- Coordinate between head office for reports and follow up the instruction provided by the head office
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education -Graduate any stream
- Language Knowledge of French/Lingala will be an added advantage.
- Experience- 1 to 2 years of working experience in the shop or in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Interest to learn a new language.
- Salary- as per industry standard
