Location: Texas USA

Job Responsibility: 

To look after the Turnarounds of Large Scale Petrochemical Complex. 
Engineering & Maintenance of Large scale Petrochemical / Chemical plants,
Introducing Best Engineering Practices, System & Procedures for Rotating & Static Equipment.
Procurement & Contract Management, Planning
Technical Training & Development
Root Cause Failure Analysis
Proactive Maintenance
Trouble shooting
To look after commissioning, executetion of the plant in cost effective way and increasing productivity.
Should be competent of maintenance of leading multi-disciplines team consisting of Mech., Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, contracts, Materials & Projects at petrochemicals and polyester Manufacturing Plant. 
Preventive maintenance, day to day maintenance, problem diagnosis, TAT, Inventory Mgt. etc.

Should Have Exp of Working on Units Like

Major Process Units:
PX (UOP, USA)
PTA (DuPont, UK)
LAB (UOP, USA)
Tank Farm, OSBL, Off-sites & Utilities,
Captive Power Plant
Polyester Units:
PFY (Dupont, USA, Barmag)
FDY (Toray, Japan, Dupont, Barmag)
PSF (Dupont, USA, ICI, UK)
