Major Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for overall profitability, sales, marketing & services
Define & implement long & short term objectives
Oversee & control all daily operations, policy implementation, sales, marketing & strategic direction
Set & administer budgets, initiate cost controls to ensure profitability
Recruit, hire & motivate a staff including key management and support personnel for sales, finance and service and parts department.
Design strategies to improve the market in potential in order to achieve business targets.
Established department goals with management team, which are based on exceeding the expectations of customers through continuously improving products and services.
Provide an environment of mutual trust and respect and demand the highest ethical standards from staff and management
Reduced total expenses by connecting cash flow problems, improving inventory turnover, and upgrading facilities to enhance energy savings and environmental compliance.
Perform annual budgeting, including capital requirements, and implement weekly forecasting and reporting.
Participate in department and corporate projects; participation includes design, development, implementation and completion.
You will be reporting to CEO or his appointee
