Chef cum House Manager for Ela Enterprises Ltd, Papua New Guinea

Experience: 3 to 8 yrs.

Candidate would be maintaining the house of the directors of Ela enterprises & will be responsible for preparing food, hygiene, presentation of food and the overall upkeep of the house.

The chef apart from preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner every day will have to monitor the local staff working under him.

He would have to prepare breakfast and lunch boxes for children.

Usually consists of 5-7 adults and 3 kids for Lunch & dinner. 

Lunch consists of Indian food with assorted vegetables, salads, soup / dal, rice and naan.  Dinner consists of grilled food along with salad, soup, rice and naan.
He will have to get the house cleaned with the local staff.

The gardens will have to walked through with the gardeners and work should be allotted to the garden staff on a daily ongoing basis.
He will have to check if all work allotted has been done and report to the directors. 

Candidate should have atleast 3 years of experience as cook with 3 star properties / Hotel.

The chef should be able to prepare a variety of North and South Indian Dishes, Chinese and Continental Dishes.

Should be able to prepare Indian snacks and sweets.

Cook in the traditional tandoor.

Non vegetarian food for all the above mentioned cuisines. Chef cum House Manager for Ela Enterprises Ltd, Papua New Guinea

Must be ready to relocate at Papua New Guinea.

Note - Job offered on a single status, Tax free income, Food, accommodation, electricity bills will be provided by the company and return airfares after 24 months of work.
