Job Description
Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers, clients or Call Center
Follow up all inquiries and update the status in the internal system
Provides customer additional information or explains services
Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the customers
Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required
Accurately captures customer information
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to multitask
Creates and maintains service reports
A previous experience in Home appliances service center is highly appreciated
Skills
Customer Service Orientation
Excellent communication in English (Arabic will be a distinct advantage)
2+ years of experience in similar role
Extensive knowledge and experience in aspects such as record keeping, reporting and email drafting
Strong personality
Ability to work under pressure
Teamwork &Relationship Building
Good computer skills (Microsoft CRM is an advantage)
