The Personal Secretary / Assistant / Office Assistant is responsible for Secretarial jobs of Chairman / MD office.
Handling his personal diary arrange meetings and prepare the agenda and documents.
Arrange travel plan of Chairman. Negotiate with travel agency and get best rates for air tickets and hotels.
Arrange all reservations and keep good public relations with airlines to get tickets at last moment.
Attend visitors with curtsy and hospitality. Handle all personal and Public Relation work of Chairman's office.
Keep and maintain all Chairman's office record properly and make available as and when asked.
Assist and help Chairman for smooth running of office. Travel globally and arrange Chairman's office, conferences and meetings.
Graduate or Diploma in secretarial work with 1-2 years of working experience as personal Secretary/Assistant/ Computer Operator/ Receptionist / Front office / Event coordinator. Computer proficiency - especially spread sheet skills, MS word, and PPT. Attractive personality, excellent vocabulary and writing in English is must. Passion for travelling and arranging travel plan, conferences and meetings. Sincere, humble, well mannered, honest, hardworking, faithful and trust worthy.
