1. Civil Engineers - 
Min.8 10 years having knowledge of AutoCAD, Quantity Surveying with GCC experience having sound background of Project Management.

2. Architectural Engineer - 
Min.8 10 years having knowledge of AutoCAD ,(3D & 2D Design) Stada program, Raft Program, Shop Drawingwith GCC experience.

3. Foreman Steel Fixer - 
Min.5 - 10 years experience in Steel Fixer and having sound background of Manpower management.

4. Foreman Carpenter - 
Min.5 -10 years experience in Carpentry and having mastery on the subject.

5. Foreman Mason -
Min.5 - 10 years experience in Masonery (Tile / Block)and having mastery on the subject.

6. Foreman Electrical - 
Min.5 - 10 years experience in Electrical and having mastery on the subject.

7. Foreman Plumbing - 
Min.5 - 10 years experience in Plumbing and having mastery on the subject
