Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess potential hazards and risks on project sites, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are implemented.
  
• Conduct regular safety training sessions and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
  
• Perform safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.
  
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports with corrective and preventive measures.
  
• Maintain updated records of safety inspections, training sessions, and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in managing Health, Safety, and Environmental concerns at project sites.
  
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management principles.
  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to enforce safety protocols effectively.
  
• Familiarity with the latest HSE technologies and practices is a plus.

Electrical Technicians

Location: Dubai

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: 30,000 to 40,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform control wiring of panels ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
  
• Assist in the installation and testing of panels and switch gears, ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards.
  
• Carry out cable laying and tray work, maintaining organization and precision.
  
• Support installation and commissioning activities on various electrical projects.
  
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues.
  
• Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and meet project deadlines.
  
• Interpret and work with electrical schematics and system documentation effectively.

Salary Range: 50,000 to 90,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and performance requirements.
  
• Conduct tests and diagnostics on:
  
• Switchgears
  
• Transformers
  
• Protection relays
  
• DC systems
  
• Associated LV systems
  
• Identify and resolve issues through problem-solving techniques and provide recommendations for improvements.
  
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and detailed reports for completed tests.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and installation teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols at all times.
  
• Conduct pre-commissioning checks and ensure readiness for system handover.
  
• Train site personnel on system operation and maintenance, as required.
  

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE) or equivalent.
